KruGreen is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe. We do not sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly:
- Account data: name, email address, company name, and role (collected at registration).
- Activity data: GHG emissions data, uploaded files, and report configurations you enter into the platform.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and interaction timestamps — to improve the product.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the KruGreen platform.
- Send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
- Improve platform features and fix bugs using aggregated analytics.
- Send product updates with your consent (opt-out available any time).
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on Firebase (Google Cloud Platform, region: asia-southeast1 / Singapore). We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Firebase Authentication handles passwords — we never store plaintext passwords.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We share data only with:
- Firebase / Google Cloud: our infrastructure provider.
- Law enforcement: only when legally required.
5. Your Rights (PDPA — Thailand & GDPR)
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time.
- Request a data export (portability).
- Withdraw consent for marketing communications.
- File a complaint with the PDPC (Thailand) or relevant EU supervisory authority.

6. Cookies
KruGreen uses only functional cookies essential to authentication (Firebase session tokens stored in localStorage). No third-party advertising cookies are used.
7. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Emissions data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years to support regulatory compliance records. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Children
KruGreen is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you via email and in-app notification before making material changes to this policy.
