Terms of Service

1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the KruGreen platform and all related services.
• "User" or "You" refers to anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
• "Company" refers to KruHoldings Co., Ltd., the operator of KruGreen.
• "Content" refers to all data, emissions records, reports, and information submitted by Users.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use KruGreen for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading emissions data for regulatory filings.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or system infrastructure.
• Use the platform to transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@krugreen.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription & Payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
• All fees are in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

5. Data Accuracy & Regulatory Liability Disclaimer

KruGreen provides calculation tools based on published emission factors (TGO EF2022, IPCC AR5). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of input data and resulting reports before submitting them to any regulatory authority. KruGreen is not liable for regulatory penalties arising from inaccurate data inputs.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform software, design, and content (excluding your emissions data) is owned by KruHoldings Co., Ltd. and protected by Thai and international intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

7. Data Ownership & Export

You own your emissions data. You may export it at any time in CSV or PDF format. Upon account termination, your data is retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted, unless legally required to preserve it longer.

8. Service Availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is communicated 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses arising from service interruptions beyond our control (force majeure).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, KruHoldings' total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you 30 days before changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
